Katie Yeager, founder and CEO of the flat-fee, full-service, Overland Park, Kan.-based brokerage Your Future Address, talks about how developing the right partnerships are key to her expansion plans in between panels at Real Estate Connect New York City.
Yeager’s looking to grow Your Future Address to four or five cities in the Kansas City area by partnering with local agents. After solidifying the model in that metro, Yeager hopes to license it to other professionals who want to implement it in different regions.
